JB300B Impact testing machine can be used for the determination of anti-impact performance of metal materials when it is under dynamic loading, thus judged the quality of materials under dynamic loading.

The maximum impact energy is 300J, and the machine has a 150J pendulum, the specimens section is 10X10mm. The testing machine has big impact energy, so the machine is mainly used for the impact test of the ferrous metal which impact toughness is big, especially for the steel and steel alloy.

The testing principle of this product is that it uses the error between the potential energy before pendulum impacting and the remnant potential energy after pendulum impacting; the error will be displayed in the dial, so we can get the power absorption of the testing specimen by this mean. For the operation it adopts semiautomatic controlling, operating easily, and also very efficiently, the machine can use the remaining energy to raise and fall to operate the next test automatically after thrusting specimens,so in the laboratory ,which does continuous impact tests,metallurgy ,machinery manufacturing ,which does lots of impact tests,it shows more predominant.
